When you create an account in Grayfixx or send an address for an order on WhatsApp, we understand that you have read our Terms & Conditions. And if you don't read then it's your fault, we can't do anything.

Legal Disclaimer for Decals & Stickers:
Grayfixx decals and stickers are meant only for decoration, personal taste, and style enhancement. According to Indian motor vehicle laws, stickers that do not cover or alter the registration number, chassis number, lights, or safety signs are generally considered legal. Grayfixx always recommends that customers follow their local RTO (Road Transport Office) rules and traffic regulations. Any stickers that are reflective, display police/army/government emblems, or involve a full-body wrap without RTO approval may be illegal. Grayfixx does not support or encourage the use of decals that violate Indian traffic or RTO laws. Note: Our decals are designed for legal, aesthetic use only. Please avoid applying them on number plates, lights, or any part restricted by law. In case of any legal issues or challans, Grayfixx will not be responsible. Please use stickers responsibly as per your city/state rules.

Grayfixx Product Securement & Replacement Policy: Mandatory Invoice: Required for all claims.
GST and shipping are extra and non-refundable.
A video of the defective product is required to process replacement.
The product must have at least 3 months of remaining shelf life.
Replacements are issued in the same quantity as purchased; refunds are not provided.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and properly packed.

Customization & COD: Customization is not available on demand and is offered only during select campaigns.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for wholesale orders.

Intellectual Property Notice: Over 98% of Grayfixx designs are copyright protected. Copying or attempting to replicate our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Dispatch Times & Delivery: Orders with 1–2 units will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Bulk orders (above 20 units) may take 6–7 working days for dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, delivery time is dependent on the courier service and Grayfixx holds no responsibility for delivery delays.
Buyers may choose their preferred courier partner.

Pricing & GST: All prices are exclusive of 18% GST and shipping charges.
Prices remain the same for all wholesale buyers; quantity-based pricing applies where eligible.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 5 units.

Payment Terms: Buyers must pay either 100% upfront or 50% in advance and the remaining 50% before dispatch.
Credit facility is available only for trusted buyers with repeat orders and good payment track records.
Credit duration is limited to 15 days. If payment is not made within 15 days or no new orders are placed during this period, Grayfixx reserves the right to permanently revoke credit facility and refuse any future orders.
If dues are significant and unpaid, Grayfixx may pursue legal action for recovery.

Order Cancellation & Returns: If your order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it after dispatch, and no refund will be issued—regardless of the reason.
Any delivery delays are caused by the courier company, not by us, and we are not responsible for such delays unless the shipment is lost or returned to origin (RTO). In case of a delay, you will need to wait. Refunds will only be considered if the shipment is lost by the courier or marked as RTO.

MRP & Pricing: You are not allowed to sell our product at a price higher than the printed MRP. Doing so is illegal and against our pricing policy. If found doing so, we may take legal action. Similarly, if you sell the product below the market price or our standard selling price—even if you still earn a margin—you may be blacklisted from our distribution network, and we will no longer be able to supply you. Undercutting the price would be unfair to our other dealers.
If you are not charging the customer separately for sticker application, then that is your mistake. The prices we provide are only for the sale of the product itself, not for products that are applied. If you are applying the stickers and still selling at our listed price, then it is also a violation of our pricing policy.

Dealer Margin & Application Charges: We provide our dealers with a healthy margin of up to 50% on MRP across most products so that you can earn well and run your business profitably. If you choose to include application or installation charges within the MRP or adjust them within your selling price, that is entirely your responsibility and will be considered a violation of our pricing policy. Grayfixx never instructs dealers to waive application charges or manage them within the product margin. Application or installation charges, if applicable, must always be charged separately by the dealer.

Please note that the prices listed on our official website (www.grayfixx.in) are strictly for the product only and do not include application or installation services. Therefore, comparing dealer prices (including application charges) with our website prices is not appropriate or valid.

Marketplace Pricing Disclaimer: If you notice lower prices for any Grayfixx products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms, please note that we do not have direct control over such pricing. These discounts or offers are provided by the respective marketplaces at their own discretion. However, if you find that the same product is being sold at a lower price on our official website without any offer, sale, or promotional discount, you may contact us for clarification. Otherwise, marketplace pricing is not our responsibility. We would also like to clarify that such marketplace discounts often affect our margins as well, and we face challenges due to low-margin pricing on these platforms.

Product Quality & Warranty: Grayfixx offers two product quality options: Standard Quality and 3M Quality.
Warranty is applicable only to 3M Quality products.
A valid warranty card is mandatory to claim any warranty.

This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on grayfixx.in will not be entertained.

It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Website at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Website through a onetime password verification.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

grayfixx.in will take full responsibility for your order if it has been shipped to any major city where our sellers use private courier companies such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ekart, etc., to ship your order. grayfixx.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has already been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, the payment will be refunded, and the user will be informed after price verification. The user agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. grayfixx.in reserves the right to verify the information and details provided by the user at any time. If any user information is found to be false, partially or fully, Grayfixx has the sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from accessing the services of grayfixx.in without prior notice. If you cancel any customized products after packaging or printing, Grayfixx will not accept your cancellation request, and your prepaid amount will not be refunded.

Domain & Website:Basically, This domain is ours but grayfixx.in has been purchased from godaddy, and this domain is managed by our company from our city Ranchi Jharkhand, in this website you will find our products which we manufacture, and which you can use on your online website. You can purchase from here. And the server on which our website is live is not our own, we have taken the server from HostGator which we do not own.

Cookies:We do not use cookies on our website, we do not use that to read your data, we do not track your data, and if this happens then it is an issue with your browser or whatever browser you are using. They are tracking your Data through cookies.

Privacy & Policy:We take our user's data only to dispatch the product because if we don't collect then how can deliver the products, we take only (Name, Number, Email Id, PINcode, Address & GSTIN if available). Apart from this, we do not use user's data anywhere, do not sell it to any third-party, and do not misuse it in any way. We use a third-party courier aggregator to deliver your product to you, of which Shiprocket is a company, and we fill your address details in the Shiprocket website. Apart from this, your data does not go anywhere else from our end.

Transaction & Payment Details :When we take an order through WhatsApp, then that payment takes it through QR code/UPI/Gpay/PhonePe, the payment data/transaction details of the customer remain completely safe and do not reach us. If the customer purchases from the website and makes payment on that purchase, we take payment through third-party Razorpay, in which the customer's credit card/debit card details are passed on to Razorpay and not to us. For this you can read Razorpay's policy, we will not take any responsibility.

Usage/Application Instruction

1. Do Not Apply Yourself – Always get it installed by an expert for a professional finish.
2. Clean the Surface Properly – Before applying, wash your bike thoroughly. Do not use polish/lubricants/ceramic before or after application, as it can affect adhesion.
3. Use Radium Strip for Support – After applying the graphics, use radium strip on the body corners for extra support. This will increase the durability of the sticker.
4. Be Careful While Washing – After installation, avoid using high-pressure water spray on the stickers, as it may cause damage.
5. Use Heat Gun for Pre-Cut Stickers – If the sticker is pre-cut, apply it using a blower or heat gun for better results. However, do not overstretch the sticker with heat, as it can weaken the adhesive quality.
6. Do Not Remove the FPF Protection/Lamination – The sticker comes with FPF protection on top. Never remove it, as it is designed to protect the sticker.
